Royal Crown Derby Porcelain Loving Cup, Late 20th Century, Autumnal Equinox

A Royal Crown Derby porcelain Autumnal Equinox loving cup, produced as part of a limited edition commissioned by The Guild of China and Glass Retailers. This two-handled vessel, also associated with the Royal Crown Detby collection, features fine hand-painted and gilded decoration against a white ground. One side is decorated with a stylised sun in red and gold, while the reverse depicts a foliate Green Man mask, a bird, and grape clusters. The body and ornate, scrolled handles are further embellished with gilded vine leaves and accents. This piece is numbered 172 from a limited edition of 750 and is accompanied by a printed certificate of authenticity signed by Hugh Gibson, Managing Director of Royal Crown Derby. Quantity: 1.
