Description
Nalcom EL-3000 Super 8mm motion picture camera, manufactured by the Nippon Artistic Lens Co. in Japan. This model features an integrated f/1.8 10-30mm zoom lens with macro capability, supporting both manual and power zoom via a rocker switch marked W for wide and T for telephoto. The camera operates on the Super 8mm film cartridge format. The body is constructed from black composite materials and incorporates a folding pistol-style grip. It includes a through-the-lens (TTL) exposure system with automatic and manual modes, plus a dedicated backlight compensation button. A notable feature is the integrated intervalometer, controlled by a dial marked S with numerals 20, 30, 40, and 50 for time-lapse photography. The main power switch offers settings for single frame capture (1), 18 frames per second, and a battery test function. Additional controls include a filter switch for daylight and tungsten lighting.
