Description
A mixed collection of domestic ceramics and glassware presented in a green painted cardboard tray. The lot features a group of fine china teaware decorated with a pale blue floral transfer border, comprising three cups and several matching saucers and side plates, in a style resembling the Blue Garland pattern. Included is a large earthenware bowl with a cream glazed interior and a green exterior band decorated with a stylized floral motif, in the style of Poole Pottery. The assortment also contains a decorative ceramic jug with a narrow neck and blue folk art patterns featuring a bird, alongside multiple white earthenware planters of varying forms, including a stack of three ribbed pots and a single planter with a scalloped rim and pink rose transfer decoration. Glassware consists of a slender white bottle and a 75cl dark glass bottle of Real Companhia Velha port, which is topped with a thick red wax seal or possibly a large candle.
