This lot comprises three decorative metalware items. Included is a cast brass door knocker in the Neoclassical style, modelled as a lion’s head mask holding a ring in its mouth, with two mounting holes at the top for attachment. The second piece is a cast brass trivet of shield or flatiron form, featuring a pierced openwork design of a central vine with stylised leaves and bunches of grapes, finished with a shaped handle and an integral hanging loop. The third item is a square white metal dish, possibly silver-plated, featuring a broad rim decorated with a geometric pierced fretwork border in the Art Deco style.
