Lot 222:
Description
A collection of four red deer (Cervus elaphus) antlers, presented in an unmounted state. The specimens exhibit characteristic multi-point branching patterns and are either naturally shed or cut. Each antler displays a prominent greyish-green patina, indicating significant exposure to the elements in a field-found condition. The surface texture is heavily weathered, and the tines show signs of natural wear and blunting.
Individual lengths range from approximately 500mm to 750mm.
