Actim Quartz Westminster Chime Wall Clock with Pendulum. Collection Only

A late 20th-century wall clock by Actim, housed in a traditional-style stained wooden case. The case features a decorative scrollwork pediment with a central turned finial and flanking decorative scroll elements. Two turned columns frame the glazed door, which displays a gilt-effect decorative scroll pattern on the lower section. The circular cream-coloured dial has black Roman numerals and ornate filigree hands. The dial is marked with the maker name Actim and bears the text QUARTZ and WESTMINSTER CHIME. The clock is fitted with an electronic Westminster chime unit and a pendulum. The reverse of the case houses the battery-powered movement and a separate chime module with a speaker unit, featuring a red SET button and an ON/OFF toggle switch.
