Sharp JC-25 Vintage Portable Stereo Cassette Player with FM/AM Radio and Headphones

A Sharp model JC-25 portable stereo cassette player with integrated FM/AM radio. This solid-state transistorised device is housed in a black plastic chassis featuring a clear plastic viewing door and an integrated belt clip on the reverse. Radio tuning is managed by a side-mounted thumbwheel with a vertical needle indicator on the front frequency scale, covering FM 88-108 MHz and AM 54-160 x10 kHz. Audio levels are adjusted using a top-mounted horizontal volume slider with a 0 to 10 scale. Function switches on the side allow for selection between Radio/Tape modes and FM ST., FM, or AM bands. The tape transport mechanism uses mechanical push buttons for Play, FF/Cue, and Stop/Eject. Connectivity includes a 3.5mm headphone jack and a DC 4.5V centre-negative power input.
