A 20th-century novelty glazed earthenware pumpkin-form teapot with frog finial

A novelty glazed earthenware teapot designed with a bulbous, lobed body in the form of a pumpkin or squash. The exterior features high-relief molded and hand-painted green leaves with dark green veining and a single small yellow flower. The vessel includes a curved spout and a twisted handle fashioned as a green vine. The matching lid is topped with a molded frog finial seated upon a green lily pad motif. No factory marks are visible on the exterior of the piece.
