Two ceramic items comprising a white glazed fluted table lamp and a Doulton Burslem Alma pattern footed dish

A Doulton Burslem footed dish in the Alma pattern and a white glazed ceramic table lamp. The dish is of rectangular form with a scalloped wavy rim, featuring transfer-printed foliate and floral motifs in cobalt blue and iron red. The base is marked with the Doulton Burslem crown backstamp, including the pattern name Alma and England. The table lamp is of baluster form with vertical fluted ribbing and a tiered upper section, finished in a glossy white glaze. It is fitted with a brass bayonet-cap lamp holder and integrated push-bar switch with a white power cord.
