A mid-20th century novelty ceramic money box modelled as a stylised character. The figure features a prominent bulbous nose, molded facial features, and relief-molded arms clasping its sides. The flat-topped head section includes an integral coin slot and is finished with a central rounded knob handle. The item is constructed from earthenware and finished in a honey-tan glaze with dark brown and black sponged or airbrushed highlights to the nose, facial area, and top knob.
