Description
A collection of miscellaneous commemorative and decorative spoons and small utensils, primarily dating from the mid to late 20th century. The assortment includes souvenir spoons featuring enamelled finials with heraldic shields, crests, and topographical views. Notable examples include a spoon with a blue enamelled bowl and handle terminal, and another with a detailed floral enamelled bowl. Several pieces exhibit cast decorative finials, including designs resembling a lighthouse or tower, a crown, and various crests. Included in the lot are a small ladle with a scalloped bowl and a long-handled spoon. The items are constructed from various metals, including silver-plated base metal, stainless steel, and gold-tone finishes. Maker’s marks or hallmarks may be present on the reverse of the handles or bowls but are not clearly legible from the overview photograph.
