Lot 568:
Description
A collection of vintage and commemorative barware featuring a mix of etched glassware and branded advertising items. The lot includes seven clear soda-lime glass handled tankards of varying capacities, comprising one large tankard and six standard-sized mugs, all decorated with a consistent etched foliate or fern pattern. Also included is a branded Guinness tulip-style pint glass featuring the iconic toucan motif and printed text reading BREWED IN DUBLIN and GUINNESS. A commemorative Baileys glass is present, featuring a hexagonal faceted base and etched with the inscription BAILEYS MILLENNIUM 2000. Additionally, the collection contains a bar-top advertising piece for Teacher’s Scotch Whisky, designed as a counter bell with a white bread-shaped finial and black text mounted on a conical metal base. The lot is completed by one plain tapered clear glass tumbler. These items represent standard commercial quality barware from the mid-to-late 20th century.
