Description
A commemorative football pin badge and ribbon produced to mark Bolton Wanderers F.C. reaching and winning the 1958 FA Cup Final. The item features a square, clear plastic-encased pin containing a monochrome printed photograph of the team squad. This is suspended from a two-tone blue and white vertical satin ribbon. The reverse of the badge contains a printed paper insert titled HOW THEY GOT THERE, which lists the club’s results in the rounds leading to the final against Preston N.E., York City, Stoke, Wolves, and Blackburn R., concluding with the final against Manchester U. The name BOLTON WANDERERS is printed at the base of the insert. A vertical inscription along the left edge of the reverse insert partially reads Bolton Evening. The badge is fitted with a standard metal safety pin fastener.
