A Vintage John Smith's Magnet Pale Ale Pump Clip

A vintage John Smith’s Magnet Pale Ale pump clip, manufactured for the John Smith’s Tadcaster Brewery. The clip features a shaped metal plate with a lithographed design in red, white, and black. The upper arched section is embossed with the brand name JOHN SMITH’S. Centred below is a brewery emblem containing the text JOHN SMITH’S TADCASTER BREWERY and a banner marked ESTD 1758. A prominent horizontal bar across the centre displays the word MAGNET in black serif lettering. The right side features a black background with a horseshoe magnet icon and a facsimile John Smith signature. The reverse is fitted with a black plastic mounting bracket, secured by two screws, and embossed with the word MAGNET. A UK one pound coin is shown for scale and is not included in the lot.
