A Mid-Century Sherborne Upholstered Square Footstool. COLLECTION ONLY

A mid-20th-century upholstered footstool or ottoman manufactured by Sherborne of Bradford, England. The square seat is upholstered in a beige textured fabric and finished with a dark brown decorative brush fringe trim around the upper edge. The stool is supported by four tapered wooden legs, each fitted with a metal ferrule glide at the base. The underside is finished in a black faux-leather material featuring an embossed circular maker’s mark. The mark reads PATENT NO 806742, SHERBORNE, MADE IN ENGLAND, with the numeric code 354 stamped below.
