Vintage Lorus Quartz Dress Watch Reference Y131-5040

A vintage Lorus quartz dress watch, reference number Y131-5040. The timepiece features a cushion-shaped gold-toned base metal case with a stainless steel snap-on case back. The gold-coloured dial has a fine textured finish and is set with black baton hour markers and slim matching hands. The dial is signed with the Lorus logo and brand name at the 12 o’clock position and Quartz at the 6 o’clock position. Small text at the bottom edge of the dial reads Y131-5000 Mov’t and Dial Japan. The watch is fitted with a two-tone gold and silver-coloured expanding metal link bracelet. The reverse of the case is stamped with the text Base Metal Bezel, Stainless Steel Back, Y131-5040, and a boxed RO mark.
