Matchbox Thunderbirds The Mole International Rescue Vehicle

A die-cast and plastic toy model of The Mole, the subterranean rescue vehicle from the Gerry Anderson television series Thunderbirds. This model is part of the series produced in the early 1990s under licence from ITC Entertainment Group. The vehicle features a detachable orange plastic drill section with a silver-coloured plastic screw tip, mounted on a black die-cast metal and plastic crawler carrier base. The base is fitted with eight rolling wheels. It retains original decals including the name MOLE and identification labels numbered 56158. The underside is embossed with the manufacturer mark reading © & TM 1993 ITC. ENT. GRP. LTD. MADE IN TAIWAN.
