A collection of vintage tabletop game sets. The first item is a folding travel chess set with a wooden frame and a gold and black metallic chequered playing surface, resembling magnetic sets produced by Drueke. The interior contains a complete set of black and white plastic Staunton-style chess pieces, which are securely held in place by yellow foam inserts. The second item is a flat wooden draughts (checkers) board featuring a natural wood and black chequered surface. This board is accompanied by a set of light and dark wooden playing pieces. A small oval maker’s mark is visible on the edge of the board, though the text is not clearly legible. Completing the collection is a domino set presented in a hinged wooden box, the lid of which is decorated with three brass-toned domino inlays. The wooden domino pieces feature inset brass pips and central brass spinner pins.
