Soviet Zenit-ES Photosniper FS-3 Camera Outfit with Tair-3-PhS and Helios Lenses

A Soviet-era KMZ Zenit-ES Photosniper (Foto-Snajper) FS-3 35mm SLR camera outfit, manufactured in the USSR. The kit includes the Zenit-ES camera body, serial number 75069273, which is a specialised version of the Zenit-E featuring a bottom-mounted trigger for gunstock operation. The primary lens is a Tair-3-PhS 300mm f/4.5 telephoto lens, serial number 751141, equipped with a rack-and-pinion focusing system and an underside focus knob. A standard Helios-44-2 58mm f/2 lens, serial number 7564756, is also included for general use. The assembly consists of a black enamelled metal pistol grip with a trigger mechanism and a detachable shoulder stock. The outfit is housed in its original black metal carrying case bearing the Photosniper label and KMZ logo. A collection of accessories is included: a set of four 72mm screw-in filters mounted in the lid, a large metal lens hood, front lens caps, two black plastic film canisters, and a leather shoulder strap. The camera features an M42 screw mount and a focal plane shutter with speeds from 1/30 to 1/500 plus Bulb.
