The tool features a plated steel frame with a two-jaw ratcheting chuck assembly designed to hold square-taper drill bits. It is fitted with a black composition or plastic head and a central grip handle. A yellow and black manufacturer’s label is present on the head, clearly marked MADE IN STANLEY ENGLAND.
