A vintage folding artist’s field easel by Winsor & Newton, constructed from a light-coloured hardwood. The tripod-style frame features telescopic legs and a central sliding mast for adjustable canvas height, secured throughout with metal wing nut fasteners. A circular manufacturer’s label is affixed to the central support bar, inscribed with the company name WINSOR & NEWTON and LONDON surrounding a central griffin logo. A white contemporary inventory sticker numbered 9460 is present on the lower section of one leg.
