Description
A mixed collection of assorted glassware and decorative items, predominantly of 20th-century origin. The assortment comprises various forms including vases, bowls, dishes, and drinking vessels. Notable pieces include a heavy cut-glass vase featuring a flared, scalloped rim and geometric diamond and star cutting, alongside a tall glass vase with a wavy rim and etched foliate decoration. Stemware and drinking vessels include a slender champagne flute, a large tankard with a textured, panelled body, and two smaller mugs, one of which features a faint gold-tone rim. The collection of bowls and dishes features a large clear glass bowl with a scalloped edge, a circular green glass plate, a smoke-grey bowl with horizontal ribbing, and a large circular platter embossed with a three-leaf clover design. Small decorative items include a frosted pink glass vessel in the form of a flower blossom, a fan-shaped pressed-glass dish with a starburst pattern, a shallow bowl with a hobnail pattern, and a small cut-glass hand bell. Functional items include a glass ring tree and a small lidded jar. The lot is completed by two pleated tan fabric lampshades with internal wire frames. No maker’s marks or factory labels were observed during inspection.
