A Set of 10 Gourmet High Carbon Steel Utility Knives

This collection consists of ten fixed-blade utility knives, featuring nine examples with wooden handles and one with a black composite handle. The wood-handled knives are constructed with high carbon non-stain steel blades that display a partial black coating on the upper section. The blades are stamped with the words NON STAIN STEEL over HIGH CARBON alongside a circular logo. The handles are made from contoured wood secured with three brass-toned rivets and are vertically stamped with the word UTILITY at the butt end. Eight of these knives are housed in their original Gourmet brand cardboard sheaths, which bear the item number 98770 and descriptions in multiple languages including English, French, Italian, and Spanish. The tenth knife features a moulded black textured handle with a similar blade profile.
