A Spode Fine Bone China Gilt Chinoiserie Cabinet Plate in Presentation Box

A contemporary fine bone china cabinet plate manufactured by Spode, England. The circular form features a vibrant red ground decorated with an elaborate gilt chinoiserie landscape scene to the central well, depicting pagodas, a bridge with a figure, a fisherman in a boat, and stylised floral and arboreal elements. The wide rim is finished with a gilt honeycomb geometric pattern between concentric gold bands. The underside bears the printed Spode mark in red script alongside Fine Bone China, ENGLAND in black. The piece is housed in its original red satin-lined presentation box, the interior lid of which displays the Royal Warrant for Her Majesty the Queen.
