A Collection of UK and Commonwealth Commemorative Coins and Medals

A collection of UK and Commonwealth commemorative coins and medals. The group includes an Australia 2000 five dollar Sydney Olympic Table Tennis coin in its original red presentation card, identified as number 23 of 28 in the collection series. The lot also features a Gibraltar 2017 one crown Lest We Forget commemorative with an angel reverse and a St. Helena 2019 half crown with a colour portrait of Arthur, Duke of Wellington. A gold-coloured D-Day 70th Anniversary commemorative medal is included, inscribed with the names of the five landing beaches. The collection is completed by three gold-plated UK coins with colour-enhanced reverses: a 1998 fifty pence, a 1962 half crown, and a 1967 one penny. Most items are contained within clear protective plastic capsules.
