Cherilea Toys Large Scale Plastic Armoured Scout Car

A large scale plastic toy military armoured car produced by Cherilea Toys, designed in the style of an amphibious scout vehicle. The item is constructed from olive drab green injection-moulded or blow-moulded plastic. It features a simple free-wheeling push-along mechanism with four large, black treaded plastic wheels and silver-tone central hubcaps. The body includes various moulded-in details such as shovels, pickaxes, jerry cans, and a coiled rope on the front deck. A black plastic tow hook is mounted on the front. A large circular aperture is present in the upper hull, designed for a rotating turret or weapon system. The vehicle is finished with several original decals including U.S. ARMY in yellow lettering on both sides, a circular emblem with the number 7, a red and white shield insignia featuring a black sword, and white triangle markers. Front and rear registration plate decals are present, bearing the reference 26 CC 27. A small rectangular label on the rear below the registration plate identifies the manufacturer as Cherilea TOYS.
