Glass Recipe Cocktail Shaker and Coro Whiskey Jug, Mid-Century Modern

A pair of mid-20th-century glass barware items. The first is a three-piece cobbler style cocktail shaker featuring a glass body decorated with red silk-screened cocktail recipes and mixing guides, including a Gibson, presented in a flowchart format. It is fitted with a chrome-plated metal strainer and cap. The second item is a branded advertising pitcher for Corio Whisky, also known as a Coro Whiskey Jug. This clear glass jug features bold red lettering and stars on two sides, a side handle, a pinched pouring spout, and a moulded starburst pattern to the base. This piece is associated with the Corio Distillery in Australia. Shaker height approx. 225 mm, Jug height approx. 125 mm.
