Editions Atlas Dinky Toys 197 Morris Mini-Traveller with Original Box

This item is an authorised modern die-cast reproduction of the classic Dinky Toys model 197 Morris Mini-Traveller. Produced by Editions Atlas under licence from Mattel, the model is constructed from die-cast metal with plastic interior elements and glazing. The body is finished in glossy green paint with brown painted trim detailing to represent the wooden frame of the original vehicle. The interior is fitted with yellow plastic seating and a steering wheel. It features silver-tone hubcaps on black treaded tyres. The baseplate is clearly marked with the following embossed text: MORRIS MINI-TRAVELLER, DINKY TOYS 197, Editions ATLAS. © Mattel, MADE IN CHINA, and PROV. PAT. NOS. 1026/59 1165/59. The model is accompanied by its original reproduction yellow cardboard box, which illustrates the vehicle and lists special features such as fingertip steering and 4-wheel suspension.
