Description
A mid-20th-century Westclox Baby Ben mechanical alarm clock manufactured in Scotland. The timepiece features a sage green painted metal case with a gold-toned circular bezel and a convex lens. The dark grey dial is set with white Arabic numerals, a minute track, and three gold-toned hands, comprising luminous hour and minute hands and a slender alarm hand. The clock is mounted on an integrated pedestal base with four red felt pads. The reverse includes winding keys for the time and alarm, adjustment knobs, and a regulation scale, marked Made in Scotland and Pull Alarm. The underside of the base bears the marks RD No 46716, 107/106, W and F, and 1.
