This commercial-grade tabletop electric deep fat fryer is constructed from stainless steel and features a single-tank design. The control panel features a blue faceplate with a thermostatic control dial ranging from 60 to 200 degrees Celsius, accompanied by green power and amber heat indicator lights. The unit includes a removable immersion heating element, a perforated element guard, and a wire mesh frying basket with a black insulated handle. It is supplied with a removable stainless steel lid with a central black plastic knob. The fryer is configured for a 230V electrical supply and is fitted with a standard UK 3-pin plug. A white adhesive inventory label with the number 12706 is present on the side of the housing.
