A Group of Turned Wood Decorative Items including a Lazy Susan and Pedestal Bowl

A collection of turned wood decorative and functional items. The group includes a revolving pedestal tray, commonly known as a Lazy Susan, featuring a wide, shallow dish with a moulded rim on a spreading conical base. Accompanying this is a taller pedestal bowl with a circular dish atop a baluster-turned stem and domed foot. The group also contains several turned wood eggs, possibly for darning or decorative use, showing a range of natural grain patterns and a polished, mahogany-toned finish. All items are lathe-turned with a smooth, lacquered surface. No maker’s marks are visible.
