Alfred Meakin, Realm Rose, Part Dinner and Tea Service

A comprehensive part dinner and tea service manufactured by Alfred Meakin, England. The service is crafted from fine white earthenware, often referred to as semi-porcelain, in the Realm shape which features subtly scalloped edges. The decoration consists of the Realm Rose pattern, featuring a central transfer-printed motif of a deep pink rose with grey and green foliage. Each piece is finished with silver-toned platinum gilding to the rims.
