Wedgwood Blue Jasperware Christmas Plates, a collection of 11

A collection of eleven Wedgwood pale blue Jasperware Christmas plates from the annual series. Each circular stoneware plate features sprigged white bas-relief decoration depicting various British landmarks and festive scenes, such as Horse Guards, Westminster Abbey, and the Albert Memorial, bordered by a traditional leaf and berry rim. The lot includes the Tenth Anniversary Christmas Plate 1969-1978 featuring a central view of Windsor Castle within an oak leaf wreath, surrounded by nine medallions representing the previous years designs. The collection is housed in original presentation boxes, comprising six purple Anniversary style boxes and five white festive boxes. Reverse with impressed WEDGWOOD MADE IN ENGLAND marks. Includes a clear plastic display stand and original descriptive inserts. Diameter 20.5cm.
