Three Art Deco Style Costume Jewellery Brooches, Mid-20th Century

A collection of three vintage costume jewellery brooches featuring Art Deco design influences. The first piece is a multi-layered starburst or snowflake brooch featuring a large central amber-coloured faceted glass rhinestone surrounded by smaller matching stones set within textured leaf and ray motifs. The second piece is a rectangular cluster brooch consisting of a three-by-four grid of twelve uniform square-cut amber-coloured glass rhinestones; this design is attributed to the Sarah Coventry 1961 Amber Lites collection. The third piece is an ornate oval filigree brooch decorated with numerous small, round, opaque light-blue glass cabochons mimicking turquoise, interspersed with faceted smoky topaz-coloured rhinestones. Materials include gold-tone base metal and glass. Dimensions: Starburst 45mm diameter, Rectangular 32mm x 25mm, Oval 42mm x 32mm.
