A Trio of Coalport Bone China Strawberry Pattern Serving Pieces

A trio of bone china serving pieces produced by Coalport in the Strawberry pattern. The set comprises a three-sectioned divided serving tray featuring a central fixed loop handle, a small cream jug with a single loop handle, and a small open oval bowl. Each piece is decorated with transfer-printed motifs depicting ripe strawberries, green leaves, and various insects including butterflies. The rims and handles are finished with a dark navy blue or black line border. The exterior of the vessels and the tray sections feature a moulded basketweave texture. The underside of each piece bears a black printed factory mark consisting of a crown symbol between the words BONE and CHINA, above the text COALPORT, MADE IN ENGLAND, EST. 1750, and STRAWBERRY. Small hand-painted numbers in green, including 38 and 63, are present on the bases.
