A Trio of Contemporary Grey Washed Willow and Rattan Lanterns with glass inserts

A trio of contemporary decorative lanterns in a rustic coastal style. Each lantern is constructed with an outer cage of woven, grey-washed split willow or rattan in a rounded basket form. The lanterns are fitted with thick, grey twisted rope handles attached to the woven rim. Each piece contains a removable, clear glass cylindrical insert for holding a candle. The glass inserts feature molded industrial manufacturing marks 8 and 0 on the base. One lantern retains a white paper identification tag from a previous auction.
