A Set of Four Edinburgh Crystal Thistle Shaped Stemmed Glasses

A set of four clear lead crystal stemmed drinking vessels by Edinburgh Crystal. Each glass is designed in a traditional thistle form, featuring a large rounded bowl that tapers towards the centre before flaring at the rim. The bowls are supported by short stems with a central bulbous knop, terminating in a flat circular foot. The glass is undecorated with a smooth, polished finish. Each piece bears an acid-etched maker mark to the underside of the base, consisting of a central crown with the words EDINBURGH arched above and CRYSTAL arched below.
