A Group of Six St John Ambulance Brigade Rank Stars

St John Ambulance Brigade uniform rank insignia, 20th century. Six chrome-plated white metal four-pointed faceted stars, each featuring a central boss with a Maltese cross and the circular inscription ST JOHN AMBULANCE BRIGADE. Each pip is fitted with two brass split-pin lugs to the reverse for epaulette attachment.
