Thresher Promotional Waiter's Friend, Burgundy Plastic Handle

A vintage promotional waiter’s friend style multi-tool produced for the British off-licence chain Thresher. The tool features a single folding stainless steel foil cutter blade, a corkscrew, a hinged boot lever, and a fixed bottle opener at the handle terminus. The burgundy-coloured moulded plastic scales are printed in gold-tone with THRESHER on the obverse and the slogan WE HELP YOU GET MORE OUT OF A BOTTLE OF WINE on the reverse. No visible tang stamp. Blade length: 28mm.
