Royal Doulton Bone China Figurine Warbler

A naturalistically modelled and hand-painted bone china figurine of a bird, identified by the base inscription as a Warbler. The bird is depicted perched on a tree stump base, which features a small flowering plant. The plumage is rendered with a yellow breast featuring dark markings, green-grey wings with white highlights, and a distinctive orange-red patch around the eye. The underside of the base bears a green printed Royal Doulton factory mark featuring a lion atop a crown, positioned over a circular emblem containing the words Royal Doulton and England surrounding a central monogram of interlocking D characters. Below the circle is the text Made in England and Bone China. The word Warbler is written in black cursive script, and there is a small hand-painted x mark near the central vent hole.
