A contemporary stovetop bubble waffle maker, also known as an egg waffle or eggette pan, designed for Hong Kong-style baking. The main body is constructed from cast metal, likely an aluminium alloy, featuring a matte black non-stick coating. The interior consists of a hexagonal arrangement of hemispherical indentations. The pan is fitted with a machine-turned wooden handle, which is secured to the metal neck by two Phillips-head screws. Small, illegible characters are impressed into the metal neck where it meets the handle. The design includes a hinge mechanism and a protruding tab for opening and closing the two halves of the pan.
