A limited edition lithographic print by D. Oakden titled Heapey House circa 1909. The work depicts a winter architectural scene featuring a stone-built gabled residence situated behind a snow-covered stone wall and wooden gate, flanked by bare deciduous trees. The print is hand-signed in pencil D. Oakden to the lower right margin and also bears a printed signature within the image to the lower left. It is numbered 191/200 in pencil. The work is presented on cream-toned paper and is housed in a glazed wooden frame with a silvered inner slip and a dark grey mount.
