A Hanhart German WWII Era Mechanical Monopusher Stopwatch

A mechanical monopusher stopwatch by the German manufacturer Hanhart. The instrument is housed in a circular metal case, likely chrome-plated or nickel-plated brass, featuring a top-mounted winding crown and an integral swivel bow. The cream-coloured dial, which has aged from its original white, displays a 60-second main scale with Arabic numerals at five-second intervals. A smaller 30-minute recording sub-dial is positioned at the 12 o’clock location. The dial is marked Hanhart below the centre arbor and Made in Germany at the bottom edge. The hands are finished in black in a needle style. The design and manufacturer are consistent with German timing instruments produced during the mid-20th century.
