Contemporary Hammered Metal Spherical Vessel

A contemporary spherical vessel or vase of silvery-grey metal construction, possibly aluminium. The exterior surface features a planished or hammered finish with a dense pattern of small circular indentations. The object is formed with a wide circular aperture at the top and a rounded body. No maker marks or inscriptions are visible on the exterior or rim.
