Large Pressed Glass Storage Jar with Gilt Metal Lid

A large clear pressed glass storage jar of cylindrical form. The exterior is decorated with a dual-banded moulded relief pattern. The upper section features a fine, tight diamond-point grid, while the lower section transitions into a larger quilted diamond or pineapple motif. The jar is fitted with a brushed gold-tone metal lid of cylindrical shape with a flat top. The design is consistent with contemporary decorative homeware produced in a vintage style. No maker marks, brand names, or signatures are visible on the glass or the lid.
