A Large Millennium 2000 Commemorative Novelty Champagne Bottle Figurine

A large novelty caricature figurine produced to commemorate the turn of the millennium, attributed to the Chateau Celebration range of giftware. The piece is constructed from a moulded resin or heavy composite material with a painted finish. It depicts an elderly, balding male figure wearing metal wire-frame spectacles, dressed in a dark suit and kneeling beside an oversized green champagne bottle. The bottle features a thick, textured white foam overflow at the neck. The printed label on the bottle includes the text ORIGINAL at the top, a large semi-opaque 2000 in the background, MILLENNIUM printed across the centre, and Finest Champagne in cursive script below. A stylized green and gold flourish is positioned at the bottom of the label. No maker’s marks, signatures, or model numbers are visible on the base or the body of the item.
