Wade Ceramic Bell's Scotch Whisky Advertising Water Pitcher, Mid-20th Century

A vintage ceramic advertising water pitcher produced for Bell’s Scotch Whisky, attributed to the manufacturer Wade. The vessel features a distinctive squared profile with a tapered pouring spout and an integrated D-shaped handle. The body is finished in a cream-coloured glaze, decorated with the distillery’s branding in red and black typography, including the signature “Afore ye go” slogan in cursive script. The rim is accented with a gold-toned gilt finish. This style of jug was a staple of British pub and bar decor during the mid-to-late 20th century.
