The scene, likely inspired by their 1928 short film Two Tars, features the pair seated on a black slatted bench. Oliver Hardy is portrayed with a jovial expression, arms around two female companions dressed in 1920s-style attire, while a characteristically melancholic Stan Laurel sits to the left. The piece is constructed from cast resin and finished with hand-applied paint in a palette of navy blue, white, and cream with green highlights.
