A vintage HO scale (1/87) plastic model building kit manufactured by Heljan of Denmark, identified by model number B 811. The kit features two distinct commercial structures: a two-storey red brick storefront for United Grocers and an adjoining single-storey workshop for Ace Auto & Cycle Repairs. The architectural styling represents mid-century commercial premises, complete with detailed brick textures, shopfront windows, and an external staircase.
