A Group of Vintage English Electric and Ajax Domestic HRC Fuses

A group of four vintage cardboard boxes of “DOMESTIC HRC FUSES.” Three boxes are branded “THE ENGLISH ELECTRIC Co. LTD., FUSEGEAR DIVISION, EAST LANCASHIRE ROAD, Liverpool 10.” These include one large box with a red label specifying “ONE DOZEN 30 AMPS. List No. D3030 BSS 88. 250 AC3,” another large box with a blue label stating “ONE DOZEN 15 AMPS. List No. D1515 BS. 1361 A.S.T.A. Certified,” and a smaller box specifying “ONE DOZEN 5 AMPS. List No. D55 BSS 88. 250 AC3.” The fourth item is a small, open brown box marked “AJAX 13 A BS 1362 ART No. 400,” which reveals several cylindrical ceramic and metal fuses inside.
